This change will bring a new and better service to our customers with higher quality, more convenience, and lower rates.

For customers who are currently using V247 CDMA Wireless Service, we will provide our greatest supports and offers in regard to this change as follow.

1. For customers who want to switch to V247 GSM Mobile Service
   
   • Receive a free SIM card, free activation, and free shipping.
   • Keep and transfer your old phone number to the new service as your choice.
   • Pay only $30 for a new handset with free shipping (Model: Samsung a157V ).
2. For customers who do not want to switch to V247 GSM Mobile Service
   
   • If you have a V247 Pinless account, your remaining mobile balance will be transferred to the Pinless account upon your agreement.
   • If you do not have a V247 Pinless account, V247 will mail a refund check to you in the amount equivalent to your remaining balance to the address that you have provided us.
