Beginning of July 1^st, 2013, V247 has provided a new way to call from Viet Nam using a toll free number, which is 1.800.4999.

Below are the instructions on how to call:

Step		From the phone number registered with V247
		Dial Toll Free : 1.800.4999 The operator will announce your available balance.
Step		Enter the destination phone number
		Dial country code + area code + phone number + "#". For example: Call to phone number 714.555.6789 in California. Enter 1.714.555.6789.

Note:

Calling U.S. or Canada phone number:  Dial 1 + phone number+#.

Customers can use any phone number, except cell phone number of Gtel (099).

Customers don't have to pay any additional fees for carrier in Viet Nam.
